Commissioned by the Greater London Authority (GLA), the Advice Services Alliance is evaluating social welfare advice provision across London. The research aims to identify how the advice sector is responding to challenges. Its findings will form recommendations to the GLA and to other London bodies and funders.
It is an important opportunity for advice providers, networks and other stakeholders to influence the future of social welfare advice. This survey defines an advice service as anything from basic general advice to specialist casework and representation.
The Advice Services Alliance seeks input from voluntary, private, public, pro-bono, and academic, advice providers. The survey should take less than 25 minutes to complete.
